Organics – a series of abstract drawings done in ink.
This series is titled Organics for its fluid and biomorphic forms. These works celebrate the challenge of repeatedly reacting and responding to what is present on the page. Each mark is placed in relationship to the whole as it is at that moment. The answer to the question “what’s next?” is in the work itself. Without expectations of a specific outcome, the iterative process continues until all the marks have been brought together to create a balanced whole.
